I design experiences, systems, and tools that make work actually make sense.
If it’s not beautiful and functional, we’re not done yet.
WHO’S BEHIND
Yana Michelle
Yana Michelle is an Experience Designer and UX Strategist based in Dallas, TX. Her background sits at the intersection of hospitality operations, instructional design, and brand strategy, which is a combination that doesn't come from a classroom. It comes from years of actually doing the work.
Before she was designing systems, she was running them. From managing Starbucks stores to building training ecosystems for Dallas restaurant groups, she learned early that the gap between a great idea and consistent execution usually comes down to one thing: how information is designed and delivered.
That's the through line in everything she makes. Whether it's a barista training system built from scratch, a UX audit that reframes a website as a revenue tool, or a communication framework that finally gets ops and marketing speaking the same language, the goal is always the same: clarity that sticks.
Her work spans L&D and instructional design, UX research and strategy, brand identity and web design, and operations systems. She's designed and built inside hospitality, education, and service-driven organizations, and she brings that floor-level context to every project. She doesn't just know what good looks like on paper. She knows what it has to survive in the real world.
She's also the founder of Petite Eats, a Dallas-based small-batch bakery and DTC brand, because apparently one creative outlet is never enough.
If you need something designed, built, and actually usable by real people, you're in the right place.
